THE GHERKIN SEASON IS OVER. THE PICKLES WILL RETURN NEXT SEASON Any available New York Deli Dills are sold on markets only. Not online for now. Dill-fermented mini cucumbers with toasted mustard seeds, black peppercorns, garlic, and lots of dill. Based on the classic New York dill pickle with vinegar added after fermentation. During gherkin season (May - September) we use gherkin cucumbers for the pickles. Out of season, we use mini cucumbers.
