THE GHERKIN SEASON IS OVER. THE PICKLES WILL RETURN NEXT SEASON Any available New York Deli Dills are sold on markets only. Not online for now. Spicy dill fermented mini cucumbers with pimienta roja flakes, red jalapeno, mustard seeds, and black peppercorns. Based on the classic New York dill pickle with vinegar added after fermentation. During gherkin season (May - September) we use gherkin cucumbers for the pickles. Out of season we use mini cucumbers.
