Order Pickup & Delivery

We want to make sure that receiving your favorite kimchi is as easy as possible. That's why we offer multiple delivery options to suit your needs:

• Picking Up In Person: If you prefer a more personal touch, you can choose to pick up your order in person at OUR RETAIL STORE, or any other retail location listed as a pick up poing, or at our stall at a farmer's market. Simply place your order online and select the "Pick Up In Person" option at checkout. We'll notify you when your order is ready for collection at our designated pickup location.
• Free Bicycle Delivery Amsterdam: With a minimum amount order of €23 we will deliver for free by eBike throughout Amsterdam. See the map or the post code list below for our delivery area. Simply place your order online and select the "Bike Delivery" option at checkout. We'll contact you via the email and number you have shared, to confirm delivery day and time.
• Postal Delivery: For those out of the Amsterdam zones, or who prefer the having their order delivered to their doorstep via courier, we offer postal delivery via DHL or PostNL. Our team carefully packs your kimchi to ensure it arrives ready to enjoy. Just select the NETHERLANDS Dlivery option at checkout and provide your shipping address, number and email. Please note that there is a minimum order and additional shipping fees may apply.

Shipping

Orders shipped/sent by post are usually only processed and sent on the first 3 business days of the any week. We do not ship on national holidays. 

Shipping fees are calculated at check out.
