The mildly spicy sauce (Gochugaru) is made from sun-dried red chili pepper flake, ginger, garlic & rice porridge; fermented for weeks.

Our vegan kimchi does not contain fish sauce, dried shrimp, meat or oysters. Instead, our homemade broth is based on shitake mushrooms. Chinese cabbage, onions, carrots, daikon, and spring onion.
