Our kimchi is crafted with a foundation of fermented Napa (Chinese) cabbage and daikon radish, and handmade fermented gochujang paste, which provides a tangy, deep umami flavor profile. Our gochujang made with several different sun dried chili peppers, includes koji fermented mushrooms, ginger, garlic, onion, and other ingredients. It is rich in taste and naturally tangy without added vinegar. No sugar added.
Both of our #1 kimchi options are vegan-friendly, a feature our customers greatly appreciate. Many friends enjoy eating it straight from the jar; our kimchi is excellent for making kimchi fried rice, kimchi pancakes, to create a fushion like Mexican tostadas with kimchi, and it works well to spice up your breakfast.
