Chili Oil

Our oil is typically made by heating a neutral oil, such as grapeseed oil, and then pouring it over dried chili flakes or crushed chili peppers. Additional ingredients like garlic, ginger, sichuan peppercorns, cardamom pods, white sesame seeds, cinnamon stick, star anise, sesame oil, black rice vinegar, onion, black pepper, salt is added to enhance the complexity of the flavor.
