Inspiration: Our vegan version of the traditional non-spicy Taiwanese Golden kimchi.
This delicious fermented "salad style" kimchi is meant to eat while it is young. It is produced from fermented napa cabbage with carrots. Married with a fragrant, slightly sweet sauce made with ginger, sesame oil, and mirin blended in rice vinegar with chunks of carrot. It’s savory, tangy, slightly sweet, and full of umami. Our delicious sour kimchi is often enjoyed as a gut-healthy side dish, rice bowl topping, or flavor-packed addition to any plant-based plate.
Ingredients: Napa cabbage, carrot, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, mirin, sugar, toasted sesame seeds.
