Profile: Pungent Deep Umami / Spicy / Chili
Our homemade Gochujang sauce is mildly spicy. The traditional Korean recipe made from sun-dried Korean red chili pepper flakes, ginger, garlic & rice porridge. A deep umami taste from premium local & MSC certified fish sauce, and our homemade broth of koji fermented shitake mushrooms.
Chinese cabbage, onions, carrots, daikon, and spring onion.
